I am trying to access the CorpOnline website, but I am receiving “Server error 404 - File or directory not found” message. What should I do?
If the “Server error 404 - File or directory not found” message appears do the following:
- First, clear all your browsing data (for Internet Explorer 9 users click tool then delete browsing history). Next, close all browser windows and connect to the site again;
- Second, try a different web browser and type the site address again.
- Third, after three attempts contact the Corporations Division at (202) 442-4432.
