• Step 1- Login to CorpOnline 
• Step 2- View the Business Filings page.                                                                                   
• Step 3- click either domestic filings (for entities formed within the District of Columbia) or foreign filings (entities formed outside of the District of Columbia) 
• Follow prompts to submit filing
