Police Criminal History Report - Definition

A Police Criminal History Report is a clearance provided by the Arrest and Criminal History Section to the general public for needs such as employment, licensing, adoption, apartment rental, hackers (taxicabs), or overseas travel. A non-resident must obtain a Police Criminal History Report from the jurisdiction of which he/she is a resident. The report must not be older than 30 days from the time of application.

This document will contain a listing of all adult arrests, regardless of the disposition of each arrest, and regardless of the date on which the arrest, conviction, or completion of the sentence occurred.
