Revoked/Revocation - Definition

When the entity’s status is revoked the certificate of incorporation shall be void and all powers conferred upon such entity are declared inoperative, and, in the case of a foreign entity, the certificate registration shall be revoked and all powers conferred hereunder shall be inoperative.

In addition the the revocation other fines an penalties may occur if the entity is found to be doing business while it is in a revocation status.
