Proof of Residency and Age - Definition

Proof of Residency and Age is evidence that establishes or helps to verify an applicant's claim of residence. For certain BBL categories (i.e., Auction Sales), the applicant must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have been a resident of the District of Columbia for at least six (6) months immediately preceding application. A resident must be able to provide proof of their residency in the District of Columbia.
