Identification (Driver License/Non-Driver ID Card) - Definition

Drivers License is an official document that states that a person may operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or a bus, on a public roadway without in-vehicle supervision.  A Non-Driver ID is a small card holding information sufficient to prove that a claim or description of the person bearing it is accurate.
